Established in 1962, the association provides career development and support services for real estate professionals. The association has over 1,650 members and is headquartered in Franklin, TN. WCAR's mission is to be the collective force influencing and shaping the real estate industry by serving our membership, promoting cooperation, and maintaining ethical and professional competency.
